That is absolutely fantastic... and I'm sure the support and encouragement will be so beneficial to you!<br /><br />I weighed 400 pounds when I started to lose weight this past February. So... do not feel like you are alone. My motto has always been, "Just take it one day at a time and do the best that you can each day." I've done that pretty consistently over the past 7 months... and I've lost nearly 60 pounds. If I can do it... I KNOW that you can, too!<br /><br />So... hang in there!
