That's a powerful way to describe yourself. By choosing that mindset, you just set yourself up for success. <br /><br />I agree with you that we need to get in touch with our true feelings, acknowledge them, understand what message their presence is communicating, address anything needed... and then like YOU did, not allow them to rule the roost!<br /><br />I know you will tenaciously learn when it's a good time to say No, and put your healthy goals as a #1 Priority.
