It's far better to have some idea in advance of what you're going to be eating/drinking - even if it's more than you'd normally allow - just so you feel 'in control' and able to get straight back into your usual routine once you've finished enjoying them! <br /><br />Thanks for the tip about the noodles! I had a look online and we can get something similar, but it's without the tofu, so they're apparently very slimy...
