You make them with fruit juices, frozen fruit, and whatever veggies you want. The fruit covers up the taste of the veggies.... I like to throw in some leaves from herbs I grow too like lemon balm (lemony flavor without tartness) and stevia (a natural herbal sweetener). Hate that!<br /><br />I find the protein comment interesting. I've been low on protein for the last couple of weeks.
